Lydia Yaeger
I’m a healthcare operations leader with a strong foundation in client care and facility administration. With a background in psychology and a Master of Public Administration, I’ve built my career around supporting both the people delivering care and the clients receiving it. I’ve worked directly with patients in behavioral health and social service settings, guided them through connecting to resources, advocating for themselves, answering insurance questions, and helped them navigate coverage and medication access—experiences that shaped my understanding of what clients truly need from a healthcare provider.
On the administrative side, I’ve managed full facility operations, overseen licensing and accreditation, recruited and coordinated medical and clinical teams, and improved workflows to keep programs running smoothly. I enjoy creating organized systems, solving problems in real time, and helping patients, providers, and staff have a better experience overall. At my core, I’m passionate about removing barriers—whether it’s access to treatment, operational bottlenecks, or complicated insurance processes—so care can happen seamlessly.
